Viatecla was selected by Interpass Group to create and develop their online business platform, available at http://www.interpass.pt.

Interpass platform was developed using KeyForTravel platform, a modular solution for managing tourism products, covering the complete operation cycle, since interoperability with partners, product definition, promotion, sale and operation until control area management.

In order to provide Group Interpass costumers with an agile and comprehensive solution that would allow them to keep up with business needs, Viatecla integrated not only its entire tourism business engines (airline, hotel, rent-a-car, insurance, vacation packages and dynamic and special products), and developed as wells workflows and processes in order to answer to the challenges of travel club business.

The solution developed by Viatecla provides a frontend for Interpass Club members, as well as a FrontOffice Management modules with booking and documentation, CRM (communicate and see the entire history of communication with the customer) and billing. It also allows access to Backoffice for platform management, product management (set mark-ups and fees of the products) and Content and Promotion (manage content promotional offers in FrontEnd). It are also integrated modules of Business Intelligence and payment systems management.

Last year Viatecla was responsible for developing multiplatform business and transactional environments in Portugal, Brazil, Angola, thus consolidating its internationalization strategy and product portfolio.
