KEYforTravel Corporate module helps travel agencies fulfil the travel requirements of corporate customers by adding to the KEYforTravel platform the tools that allow product engines to comply with travel policies and business rules defined by customers and travel agencies.
The KEYforTravel Corporate allows full support for corporate management workflows, according to the company's travel policies and business rules, and to the employee's profile (traveler, arranger or approver). All this in a stand-alone environment for corporate customers, with the possibility of using the Electronic Booking Tool (EBT) and approval flow control.
These
corporate business rules include commercial conditions agreed between the
agency and the corporate organization, like service fees, mark-ups, discounts,
private agreements and payment conditions, as well as the identification of
commercial conditions agreed directly between the corporate organization and
the service providers, like account codes and preferred and excluded service
suppliers.
